Triathlon Coaching

For the beginner, endurance warrior or intermediate athletes looking for support, accountably and a customize program tailored to your personal lifestyle and race goals. 

 

You will receive weekly written plans tailored to your performance that will include nutritional and strength guidance, unlimited support via email and zoom call check-in on a per needed bases.*

 

*the coach checks in with athletes multiple times a month via messenger. Zoom calls would need to be arranged by the athlete. Max 1 per month, additional fees for additional calls.

Running Coach

For the couch to 5K runner or the existing endurance athlete, as an athlete you will receive weekly customize plans developed for you based on your goals and races. You will be given nutrition and strength training guidance for race specific sport and unlimited support via email. Each athlete will be given one 30 minutes zoom call per month on a per needed basis. These meetings must be arranged by the athlete and cannot roll over to the next month if not used.
